The Village at Royal Ascot is a trackside hospitality facility with an eccentric and energetic atmosphere. When you book the suite, you will be treated to a Pimms reception, followed by a sumptuous four-course lunch and complimentary bar throughout the day.

The Wyndham Club is located in the Royal Enclosure Gardens. Private tables are available for groups ranging from two to twelve guests. Guests are greeted with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 champagne upon arrival and are treated to a four-course luncheon with a choice of main course. The package also includes a complimentary bar with a selection of fine wines and liqueurs, as well as Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Champagne. Additionally, there is complimentary parking available for every two guests.

Located on Levels 2 to 5 within the Grandstand, Private Boxes can accommodate 8-12 guests.
