Is WWE coming to the UK in 2024?

WWE Live is set to make a return to Cardiff on Sunday 13th October, Liverpool on Monday 14th October, Newcastle on Tuesday 15th October, and for the first time, the brand new Co-op Live arena in Manchester on Wednesday 16th October.

The WWE UK 2024 tour will then continue in Dublin on Sunday 3rd November, London on Monday 4th November, and Sheffield on Wednesday 6th November.

Where can I watch WWE live?

If you're looking to watch the WWE Live UK events at either Manchester's Co-op Live arena or Utilita Arena Newcastle, the only chance you will have to see them is by being in attendance as the shows will not be filmed.

The WWE spends a lot of its time on the road in North America, but it doesn't go international too often because of logistics. They will usually come to the UK once or twice a year.

How to get to Utilita Arena Newcastle

Utilita Arena Newcastle is located on the banks of the River Tyne and is 10 minutes away from Central Station and the Tyne and Wear Metro. Car Utilita Arena Newcastle is just 3 minutes away from the A1 North, South route. You will need to take the A184 signposted 'City Centre', and then follow the A189 over the Redheugh Bridge. Once you are close by the Arena, you will need to follow the sign posts to the Arena car parks. Public transport Local bus services run from Tyne & Wear Metro and rail services stop at Central Station, which is 5-minute walk from the Arena. Newcastle train station is located on Neville Street and is roughly a 15-minute walk from Utilita Arena Newcastle. Buses from Hexham, Stanley, Consett and parts of Gateshead and Newcastle stop at Central Station. Elon Square and Haymarket Bus Stations are both a 10-minute walk from the Arena.

Food and drinks purchased outside of the venue are not permitted. If you need to bring a food or drink item in with you for medical or religious reasons, you will need to contact the venue before your visit.

Can you take bags to Newcastle Arena?

Large bags, backpacks, holdalls, luggage, and computer bags are not permitted at the venue. Bags must be smaller than 40 cm x 35 cm x 19 cm which is approximately A3 size. 

Please be aware that there will be security checks to pass through to gain access to the venue.

Bristol Street Motors provides official off-street parking located next to the arena on the Etihad Campus. Off-street parking may be in Blue, Orange or Green car parks depending on the event. 
Parking opens 4 hours before doors open.

Question 15

What is the bag policy for Co-op Live?

Accepted Answer

Only one bag is allowed per person and you will only be permitted to take an A4 size bag or smaller into the venue. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are not allowed into the venue.

Is there a dress code for Utilita Newcastle Arena?

There is no specific dress code at the Utilita Arena. However, you are visiting the hospitality areas we would recommend wearing smart casual clothing.
