The Fawley Meadows Chalets offer you an exclusive, private atmosphere to entertain your guests within the hospitality enclosure. The river facing Chalets cater for 30 guests, or multiples thereof and include access to your own private river front garden. The Chalets can be tailored to suit your exact requirements. The five-course food and drinks menus are inspired by British ingredients and our hand-picked, attentive front-of-house team are on hand to ensure your every requirement is taken care of. Temple Island offers the most luxurious, official hospitality experience at Henley Royal Regatta allowing you to entertain your most discerning guests on a private island on the River Thames, tailored to your exact requirements. Temple Island caters for 30 or 40 guests, its beautifully restored Temple and Etruscan Room offers a unique vantage point of the course, its picturesque lawn and marquee provides prime viewing of the racing with uninterrupted entertaining. Guests arrive at the stunning private oasis of Temple Island by river launch, a cruise that takes in the most scenic stretch of the River Thames. To complete this award-winning experience, you’ll enjoy gourmet products synonymous with Henley Royal Regatta such as Champagne, afternoon tea, as well as Cellar Master selected wines and a five-course fine dining menu. Take in the stunning views of the racecourse from your private lawn area, complete with ample seating for your group. The pavilions are equipped with picnic benches, trestle tables, and sufficient parking spaces for your convenience. For a truly deluxe experience, our premium pavilions even feature cosy rattan lounge seating and a reliable power supply. With parking situated directly behind each pavilion for effortless unloading, you and your guests will also be allocated extra parking in our designated Car Park.
