<p>As one of National Hunt’s most popular festivals, horseracing enthusiasts will be delighted to see the Grand National make its welcome return to Aintree Racecourse this April. In tribute to its key sponsor, the festival will be coined The Randox Health Grand National. Over three exhilarating days next spring, racegoers will have the opportunity to experience some truly spectacular racing over three exhilarating days, culminating on the final day with the world’s most iconic handicap steeplechase; the Grand National. In true celebration of North West sporting champions, the first day of the festival guarantees sensational horseracing alongside live bands and entertainment. Ladies Day follows on the Friday, where fashion becomes the focal point of the festival and sees guests don their finery in a stylish decent upon the racecourse. Although the first two days of the event are ensured to offer a fantastic racing experience, there is no doubt that Saturday marks the most popular day of the festival. The Grand National steeplechase draws in not only thousands of racegoers to Aintree, but moreover boasts 600 million viewers worldwide. With a prize fund of £1 million in 2017, the race is recognised as Europe’s most valuable, and sees 40 horses take to the track to jump 30 fences over two laps. With a range of enclosures and fantastic hospitality facilities, there is something for everyone at the Grand National festival. Live entertainment, superb catering options and of course, world-class racing ensure a spectacular day at Aintree from start to finish.</p>
