The senior national team's schedule includes a match against South Sudan on Saturday 20th July 2024, where the latter, achieved an unexpected qualification for the Olympics at the World Cup, making it one of the standout basketball stories of the year. Following that, on 22nd July 2024, Team USA will go head-to-head with Germany, the reigning world champion that previously defeated the Americans in the World Cup semifinals held in Manila, Philippines in September.
