Marti Pellow is best remembered as the lead vocalist of the Scottish pop band Wet Wet Wet. Pellow co-founded the band in 1982, and they went on to achieve great success in the UK and internationally, selling over 15 million records and scoring numerous hit singles, including "Love Is All Around," which spent 15 weeks at number one in the UK.
In addition to his work with Wet Wet Wet, Pellow has released several solo albums, showcasing his versatile vocal range and ability to blend various genres such as pop, soul, and jazz. His solo work has also earned him critical acclaim and a loyal fan base.
Pellow has also pursued a successful acting career, appearing in numerous stage productions, including the West End production of ‘Chicago’ and the UK tour of ‘Blood Brothers’. He has also appeared in several TV shows, such as ‘Casualty’ and ‘Holby City’.
