Hospitality Terms & Conditions

General

1. These terms and conditions apply to all hospitality packages provided by Salford Red Devils. By purchasing a hospitality package, you agree to these terms.

2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.

Hospitality Packages

3. Package Inclusions

• Each hospitality package is subject to a detailed description provided at the time of booking. The club reserves the right to make changes to the package due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., catering changes, performer unavailability).

4. Dietary Requirements

• Dietary requirements must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, no guarantees can be provided for late notifications.

5. Access and Seating

• Hospitality tickets grant access only to designated areas and do not permit access to other areas of the stadium. Specific seating details will be outlined in the booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

6. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the invoice or booking confirmation. Non-payment by the due date may result in cancellation.

Cancellations and Refunds

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

• If we fail to fulfil an order due to our own negligence or breach of contract, a full refund will be issued, including any booking fees.

• If the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered (e.g., venue or headline act changes), the original hospitality package will remain valid for the rescheduled event unless otherwise advised. In such cases, only the face value of the package will be refunded. Processing fees will also be refunded if tickets were not issued.

• Refunds will not be provided for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Duplicate tickets may be issued for a duplication fee.

8. Amendments

• Changes to bookings may be considered subject to availability but are not guaranteed.

9. Resale

• Hospitality packages cannot be resold or transferred without prior written consent from the club.

Event Changes and Cancellations

10. Event Alterations

• In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or significant change, the club will make reasonable efforts to inform all affected guests. However, it remains the purchaser’s responsibility to check for updates.

Conduct and Behaviour

11. All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. The club reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour disrupts the enjoyment of others or breaches stadium regulations.

12. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all hospitality areas.

Dress Code

13. A smart casual dress code applies unless otherwise specified. Football shirts, ripped jeans, and trainers may not be permitted.
