Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused VIP Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships with high-profile clients while ensuring that they enjoy the very best Seat Unique has to offer.

We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.

Responsibilities

As a VIP Manager, you will be entrusted with providing a premium service to our most valued clients and ensuring that every VIP experience surpasses expectations.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing VIP Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring that they feel valued and receive personalised service throughout their Seat Unique journey.
  • You’ll act as the key point of contact for VIP clients, understanding their preferences and exceeding their expectations by offering bespoke solutions.
  • Delivering Bespoke VIP Experiences: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored event experiences for VIP clients that align with their tastes and needs.
  • Handling VIP Client Requests: Be responsive and proactive in addressing any VIP client requests or issues, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • This involves hands-on client management before, during, and after events to guarantee every aspect of the experience is flawless.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure VIP clients have access to the best events, hospitality, and exclusive offers.
  • Reporting and Insights: Regularly track and report on VIP client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Your insights will help guide strategic decisions to improve the overall VIP experience and identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Experience

While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills: You thrive in a role that requires constant interaction with high-profile clients, and you can naturally build rapport while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience in VIP, luxury, or hospitality management: A background in managing VIP clients, hospitality services, or high-net-worth individuals is highly beneficial. You understand the expectations of premium clientele and how to exceed them.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities: You can manage multiple clients, events, and requests simultaneously while delivering the highest level of service.
  • Customer-focused mindset: You have a passion for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, always thinking about how to improve the client experience.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are adept at responding to last-minute changes or client needs with creativity and efficiency.
