In February of this year, Twenty One Pilots made an exciting announcement regarding the release of their highly anticipated seventh studio album, 'Clancy'. This album is the successor to their 2021 album, 'Scaled And Icy'.

Scheduled to be released on 17th May 2024, 'Clancy' consists of 13 tracks and is described as the final chapter in a decade-long narrative that began with their 2015 album, 'Blurryface'. The duo shared the lead single, 'Overcompensate', upon revealing the news of the album.

In 2018 Twenty One Pilots released the concept album 'Trench', where the central character was Clancy.  'Scaled And Icy' is an anagram for 'Clancy Is Dead', as highlighted by Rolling Stone Magazine.
