2022 has been a fantastically busy year for Seat Unique, particularly due to an increase in demand for live events following the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, we have been working harder than ever to fulfill our mission of increasing fan access to premium experiences at live events. We are delighted to have helped 45,000 fans to make memories that last a lifetime with premium tickets and hospitality packages for a range of major sports, music and cultural events.

Seat Unique’s 2022 highlights

In early May, we moved into a new,  larger office in Victoria, Central London, in order to expand our team and meet increased demand. As the year draws to a close, we are excited to have grown the team from 5 to 50 members in the last 12 months.

With many talented members having joined the team, including our new General Manager, Simeon Klein, we are excited to drive forward into 2023 with a defined set of key goals and focuses.

In 2022, Seat Unique expanded its partnerships from 12 to 36, working with venues and clubs including York Racecourse, Yorkshire Cricket, Lancashire Cricket and Harlequins to name just a few.

This year, we have seen great instances of our partners maximising their sales channels and conversions to reach more customers. For example, Yorkshire Cricket has seen an 80% first-time buyer uplift since partnering with Seat Unique and decided to renew their agreement with us ahead of schedule.

In 2022, we have secured stadium naming rights at both Durham and Gloucestershire County Cricket grounds. This year, Seat Unique Riverside and Seat Unique Stadium have already played host to an incredible series of music and sporting events such as England v South Africa ODI, England v South Africa T20, and Michael Bublé, as well as cricket games involving Durham and Gloucestershire.

Next year, Seat Unique will continue to improve access to premium tickets and hospitality so that even more fans can have unforgettable experiences at the best sport, music and cultural events.
