Since 2016 – and as the highlight of the industry’s global TheTicketingBusiness Forum each year – TheTicketingBusiness Awards have recognised leadership, innovation & achievement in the application of ticketing across sports, performing arts, music, cinema, live entertainment and visitor attractions.

The Disruptor Award category recognises disruptors who are pioneering change and innovation within the ticketing industry.

Selected from a shortlist of four finalists, our business was recognised for our expertise in helping clubs and venues grow their online premium ticket and hospitality sales. This was achieved by driving a robust digital transformation strategy that uses cutting-edge technology to incite organisational change.

Seat Unique was founded by Robin Sherry and Phillipa Hicks. The premium ticketing marketplace was created with the mission of helping fans get greater access to VIP experiences at live events, while empowering clubs and venues by giving them greater control over their inventory.

Today, we are exclusively powering the online premium ticketing and hospitality sales for some of the biggest clubs and venues in the world including the Welsh Rugby Union, Hampshire Cricket, Durham Cricket and many more.
