We celebrated Seat Unique and enjoyed an evening of entertainment and networking at The Avenue, Mayfair with our partners, investors, and friends.
On March 10th, Seat Unique celebrated the business with over 250 guests. Thank you to everyone who attended, it was a fantastic night.
We were joined by many of our partners including Hampshire Cricket, AFC Wimbledon, the Welsh Rugby Union and Gloucestershire Cricket. We are proud to have brought together so many people and see great support for Seat Unique.
The evening encompassed live music entertainment and speeches from our Chairperson, Richard Flint, as well as Lisa Farmer and Steve Hammond from our Charity Partner, RBLI (Royal British Legion Industries).
We also enjoyed a Q&A with former Welsh rugby captain and our Brand Ambassador, Sam Warburton and rugby legend, Sir Clive Woodward OBE.

We were ecstatic to start the evening with a speech from the Chairperson of Seat Unique’s advisory board, Richard Flint.
As one of the world’s leading betting figures, Richard highlighted his work with Seat Unique as an exciting journey that reminded him of the “early days of Sky Bet.”
On joining the team, Richard said that he was delighted to be a part of helping to “solve a clear gap in the market and consumer problem.”
At Seat Unique, we provide easy and secure access to premium tickets and hospitality for fans through our 24/7 safe, online platform and direct work with the venues.
We were delighted to be joined by our charity partner, RBLI, and hear from Chief Executive, Lisa Farmer and Veteran, Steve Hammond about the partnership and the difference that RBLI makes to the lives of veterans in the UK.
At Seat Unique, we want to give something back and keep charity at the heart of the business.
Our work with the RBLI supports their mission to help veterans across the country. Lisa reminded us of the importance of helping those who “give their lives to sacrifice for us”.
She told us about the RBLI’s range of social, housing, and employability programmes that work to support veterans.
We were then joined by Steve Hammond, a veteran who thanks the RBLI for helping him to stabilise his life after returning from the Falklands in 1982.
Steve discovered the RBLI after struggling with life after the armed forces. They helped him to see a surgeon and rebuild his injured legs, and get a house and job in Elmsford, Kent.
Twenty-four years later, Steve now works as a supervisor in a metal shop for the charity and told us that “if it wasn’t for the RBLI, I wouldn’t be here today”.
We also enjoyed a Q&A with our Brand Ambassador, Sam Warburton OBE and Sir Clive Woodward OBE, delving into their sporting history and experiences, as well as their work with Seat Unique.
The pair compared their experiences in rugby to being part of a business.
Sam said that “the best captains are those who rely on other people, delegate and listen to others”, whilst Sir Clive expressed that “a rugby team is no different to running any business” as both “need to listen to what people are actually saying”.
Sam congratulated Seat Unique for its resilience and success during the pandemic, saying that “Seat Unique have come through it and are excelling… it’s blown me away”.
He also told us that he had purchased premium hospitality through Seat Unique and was shocked at how easy and secure it was. He said that “when anyone else experiences this, there’s no where else they will go to get their premium hospitality”.
Thank you to Richard Flint, Lisa Farmer, Steve Hammond, Sam Warburton OBE and Sir Clive Woodward OBE for joining us for a truly memorable evening.
It was great to have so many people come and show their support for Seat Unique, and we look forward to continuing to grow with you all in the future.
