After 6 successful months of working together, we are proud to announce that we have helped grow Yorkshire Cricket’s revenue, and have seen a significant uplift in hospitality sales for first-time buyers.
Back in April 2022, we teamed up with Yorkshire Cricket to exclusively power their hospitality and premium ticketing sales. Following the rollout of our partnership, we have helped the Club generate a significant increase in new customers and revenue through our innovative website platform. Yorkshire Cricket Club reported that 80% of the sales coming through the platform were from customers they’d never seen before - a much bigger percentage than they had imagined they would be able to achieve.
We worked with Yorkshire Cricket to digitally transform the customer journey for fans wanting to book premium experiences at Headingley Stadium by bringing everything into the digital space. By doing so, fans now have greater access to premium tickets and hospitality at a host of unmissable cricket events 24/7, 365 days a year across mobile, tablet and desktop.
From the outset, Yorkshire Cricket’s main initiative has been - and continues to be - focused on increasing revenue through online sales, while offering a superior experience for customers. Our platform has been specifically designed, built and tested to generate more hospitality and premium ticket sales. This enables us to provide fans with a safe, secure and seamless 4-click journey where fans can purchase premium tickets and hospitality packages across any device, anytime and anywhere.
By making Yorkshire Cricket’s hospitality offering bookable outside of standard working hours, we are empowering fans by giving them the option to buy at a time that suits them. Likewise, this empowers Yorkshire Cricket by customers turning on their sales channels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 45% of all sales through the platform came outside of standard office hours helping to increase the volume of sales Yorkshire was able to take, significantly.
We have also helped Yorkshire Cricket extend its hospitality offering with the launch of a new premium ticketing category. Giving fans the option to access premium seat-only tickets enables us to open up premium experiences to a brand new audience for Yorkshire Cricket.
