Seat Unique and AFC Croydon Announce New Partnership

Seat Unique is thrilled to announce a partnership with AFC Croydon, to become the official sponsor of the club’s women’s football team, whilst paying forward to the community it calls home.

Seat Unique was born in Croydon in 2019. From humble origins as a start-up of just four staff, the company has now grown to a business of more than 50 across Europe. But Croydon is always close to Seat Unique’s heart. As an inclusive, community-orientated team, AFC Croydon’s values are something that the premium ticketing company holds close to its own.

With women’s football reaching new heights in recent years, Seat Unique is proud to be sponsoring the AFC Croydon women’s football team and hopes to work with the club to develop the women’s game further. It’s an exciting chance to support grassroots women’s football, creating new opportunities for women and girls in Croydon.

Seat Unique’s apprenticeship programme will be offered to young people in the area, giving them a chance to break into the world of tech, and with it also gain experience within the live events industry. The overarching aim is to empower young people to take a step into this exciting and rapidly growing industry.

By building this partnership, Seat Unique and AFC Croydon will be able to put on unforgettable experiences never before seen at Mayfield Stadium, which will also benefit the surrounding area and inspire more young people to get involved with sport.

AFC Croydon, established in 2012, is an Isthmian League club, bought by Croydon locals, rapper Stormzy and ex-Crystal Palace footballer Wilfried Zaha in 2023.
