Historical Information

OVO Arena Wembley was first called Empire Pool, opened all the way back in 1934. It was then renovated along with Wembley Stadium and both reopened in 2006. Since 2022 it has been known at OVO Arena Wembley for sponsorship reasons. 

Over the years many historic events have taken place at the arena. Iconic music acts like Queen, ABBA, Beyoncé, and Madonna have all taken to the stage, and the venue has hosted Olympic events at both the 1948 and 2012 games.

By Bus

By Train

The closest tube station to OVO Arena Wembley is Wembley Park for Metropolitan and Jubilee lines, a 10-minute walk from the venue. There is also Wembley Central which is 15 minutes away, for the Bakerloo line and London Overground.

By Car

The venue is just off the A406 North Circular Road. Please leave yourself enough time to get park and get to the arena before your show, as on event days the roads can become congested.

The OVO Arena Wembley ticket office can be located at the front of the building to the right. The entrance is on Engineers Way. On event days, the box office is open no later than one hour before doors close and approximately 15 minutes after the main act starts.
