Following the highly successful North American leg of the tour, the global superstar has announced that she will be extended the tour to Europe. The ten-date run of shows will include stops at four UK cities this autumn.

The five-time Grammy award winner looks set to release new music for the first time in five years. According to Retro Pop Magazine, Janet Jackson revealed in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that she's been recording in the studio.

She said: "On the last tour that we did in the States last year – the ‘Together Again’ tour – we did a few different songs, but this time around were even gonna do more songs, different ones that I’ve never done live before. There might be a new song here or there as well."

She continued: "It was supposed to come out, but we went into the pandemic and on top of that was a couple of things that I needed to straighten out in my backyard."

"So now, since we’re past all that, we’re going about putting out new music for sure."

No official announcement about the album's title or release date has been made. Jackon's last release was 2015's 'Unbreakable'.
