Crowded House marked their triumphant return with the release of their eighth studio album, 'Gravity Stairs', on 31st May 2024 - their first album since 2021's 'Dreamers Are Waiting'.

The band, made up of Neil Finn, Nick Seymour, Mitchell Froom, Neil's sons Elroy and Liam, and Steven Schram, helmed the production of this highly-anticipated record.

According to Virgin Radio UK, in an interview in The Chris Evans Breakfast Show, Neil Finn admitted to Chris his sons helped come up with the title 'Teenage Summer' - a track from the record. Neil said: “The title of Teenage Summer was formerly known as Life’s Imitation. It survived like that for quite a long time.”

However, the official name 'Teenage Summer' came into being when a five-year-old member of the Finn family showed great enthusiasm for the new track.
