The Formula 1 season officially begins in Melbourne at the Australian Grand Prix on 14th March. This will be the first time the season starts in Australia instead of usual Bahrain, as Ramadan takes place in March this year.
Will F1 change the rules in 2025?
Yes, there will be a few new rules for the 2025 Formula 1 season. The new rules being introduced are as follows:
- No points given for fastest lap
- Minimum weight for all cars must be 80kg
- Mandatory cooling system for drivers
- Mini DRS is banned
