In the weeks that followed, a news story broke that would heighten this hunch; a source revealed to The Sun that Adele has already began writing her fourth album.
Back in 2011, Adele admitted to Telegraph music critic Neil McCormick, “When I’m happy, I ain’t writing songs, I’m out having a laugh.”
She joked, “If I ever get married, it’ll be ‘Darling, I need a divorce, it’s been three years, I’ve got a record to write!’”. Just four years after the release of ‘25’ and two years after wedding Konecki, these words (coincidently) rang true.
So, break-up anthems aside, what else can we expect from Adele’s next album? We give you the lowdown on what we know so far. Plus, we’ll keep you updated on the latest Adele news including, album release date, title, track list, tour dates and tickets.
